Project Implementation Specialist

Experience: 3- 8 years

Location: Chennai

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for understanding clients requirements and take part in Requirements gathering sessions.
• Configure and implement the functionalities in the system based on clients requirements and get it signed off.
• Responsible for documenting the requirements and process document and take the ownership of delivering the quality product.
• Training clients on how to use software systems and customized system features.
• Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
• Communicating all the deliverables to internal team and make sure all the deliverables are pre-planned.

What Youll Need to Have:

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving skills with out of the box thinking.
• Strong SQL knowledge with strong database understanding.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Fintech Domain knowledge is added advantage.
• Experience in b2b onboarding is added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team in an efficient and collaborative manner.
• Possess a high degree of accountability, initiative, and sense of urgency.
