We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of expertise in implementing and managing ERP solutions across key business modules, including Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Production, and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of ERP implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the specified requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
- Track and report on project progress, adjusting plans and timelines as needed.
2. ERP Solution Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Production, and Planning), ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and collaborate with functional departments to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure ERP modules to align with business processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure that all ERP modules are fully tested and meet quality assurance standards before deployment.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including department heads, end-users, and IT teams, to understand and resolve system requirements.
- Provide guidance and leadership during the ERP system training, ensuring proper knowledge transfer.
4. Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across all departments.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionality, ensuring they understand the new systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the use of the ERP system and recommend process enhancements.
5. System Optimization and Maintenance:
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Work with IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement system updates and enhancements.
- Ensure the ERP system is updated and maintained to meet evolving business needs.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, change requests, testing plans, and issue logs.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is archived properly for future reference.
