Job Description
Kytes is a leading IT firm specializing in innovative software solutions for Project Management, Resource Management, and Project Financials Delivery. Our cutting-edge technology empowers businesses to streamline their project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities - Strong customer delivery experience, managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SAAS applications (You will be working on implementing ProductDossiers own product suite).
- Must have had hands on working knowledge of Implementation experience with business applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
- Ability to communicate effectively with international team members and clients.
- Ability to understand business processes and understand how technology enables those processes effectively and quickly.
- Prior system configuration experience based on design specifications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc.
Strong Excel skills. - Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll- out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions. Summarize and present results to team members and clients globally.
- Understand technical requirements to ensure accurate understanding and implementation.
- Provide support to client issues (L1/L2/L3) directly or coordinate with support team for the same for specified response /resolve time.
