Architect

Role & responsibilities

1. Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

2. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and feasibility.

3. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and evaluate project constraints.

4. Research zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant requirements for each project.

5. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce accurate and professional drawings.

6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture and design.
