PHP Developer

Education Qualification : -

BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc/ M.Tech

Core Technical Expertise:

• At least 3 years of industry experience and should be well versed with the following activities
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Symfony framework
• Write clean, scalable code using PHP programming languages
• Should have extensive prior experience of coding for core PHP applications
• Must possess good knowledge on Object oriented programming and test driven development
• Should have working knowledge of at least 1 DB (MS SQL, Oracle, No SQL)
• Will be required to contribute to technical discovery
• Review infrastructure for any issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure Application SLAs, Performance requirements and security compliance are met beyond expectations
• Work with a distributed engineering team to foster a smooth development process among onsite and offshore team members
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to Analyze application logs (flat file/tools like Splunk)
• Good understanding of Git Based Version control APIs (GitHub/ BitBucket)
• Must have used at least 1 tool that Analyzed the code and recommended quality improvements (SonarQube)

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team in adopting best practices.
• Lead by example in following Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in complex projects.
• Demonstrate excellent debugging skills and problem-solving capabilities.
