Candidate should be fluent in English, know MS Word, Outlook, excel. Should be capable to handle customer and supplier communications by email and phone. Our location is in Vadodara, behind Railway Station.
Responsibilities:
Communication:
Handle customer and supplier communications via email and phone.
Respond to inquiries and provide information in a professional and timely manner.
Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and organize files and records.
Prepare and process documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
MS Office Proficiency:
Create and edit documents in MS Word.
Manage emails and calendars in MS Outlook.
Perform data entry and basic calculations in MS Excel.
Customer/Supplier Liaison:
Address customer and supplier queries and concerns.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure accurate information is being passed between the company, and outside entities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent phone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Basic computer skills.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain organized records.
