HR deliveries:
Staffing:
- Preparing and implementation of approved annual staffing budget;
- Prepare man power planning for the year with business leaders;
Talent Management:
- Retention of Talents with A&B ratings by engaging them actively into productive assignments and facilitate career path for them;
- Identifying PIP list and design improvement plan for them through their supervisors & Dept Head;
Compensation & Benefit Management:
- Reviewing and benchmarking staff salaries and benefits;
- Coordinating with the Finance Dept at appropriate stages, for implementing salary scales;
- Planning and implementing annual salary increments
- Annual / Mid / Adhoc salary revision and implementation
- Execution & Optimization of Compensation & Benefits and PMS
- Budgets and Provisions to Finance in line with Organisation objectives
- Computing and payout of Performance-Based Variable Pay
Payroll & Compliance:
HR Policies, Processes, Practices & Design:
- Designing new HR policies, reviewing & upgrading existing Policies and HR Manual for improved productivity and discipline.
- Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to HR at HO & RO
Performance Management:
HR Technology:
- Implementation of HRIS- System for smooth management of employees' life cycle (Darwinbox)
- Review , Up-gradation & Maintenance of the HRIS systems
Environment, Health, Safety:
- Leading efforts for EHS and its compliances at HO level
- Adherence to EHS policy by Corporate HR Team
