Manager - Product Planning & Marketing (5-10 yrs)

This position will focus on increasing brand recognition and loyalty, while also promoting traffic to the website and mobile application, as well as facilitating customer acquisition and retention.

Act as the liaison between customers, operations, and development teams to ensure that product features meet user needs.

Execution & implementing the product strategy and best practice in policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

- Campaign Management: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, WhatsApp, email, and display advertising.

- Budget Oversight-Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.

- Content Creation: Plan and manage the creation of engaging digital content for various platforms through agencies

- Product Planning: Execute the process for portfolio level product prioritization(road map) considering external parameters through view of future and also optimizing internal parameters like resource availability, capex etc.

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of applications, from ideation to launch

- Vendor On-boarding: Creation of RFD and accordingly Vendor shortlisting, Vendor finalization .

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, proven digital marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics.

Expertise in product management techniques and tools.
