We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid advertising initiatives and contribute to full-funnel analysis, driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement paid performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.
• Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
• Full-Funnel Analysis: Conduct comprehensive full-funnel analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the marketing funnel.
• Reporting & Analysis: Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision- making and strategic planning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing.
• Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google ad platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in full-funnel analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Platform Diversity: Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
