Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize conversions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Engagement: Ensure high-quality customer interactions, maintain strong relationships, and resolve inquiries effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize sales efficiency.
Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals within set timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in telesales with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or similar industries is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Results-Driven: Ability to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to handling challenges and ensuring smooth team operations.
