Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in tax filings and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Vendor & Client Management:

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collections.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities.

Payroll Processing:

• Coordinate with HR to process employee salaries, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Maintain employee financial records for compliance.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Generate MIS reports and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
• Provide insights into business performance through financial analysis.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter / MBA in Finance is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
