Sales Head

Ilsintech Trading India Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring for the Sales Head

Role & responsibilities

1. Generating the leads for corporate sales like big talcos and MSO or ISP.
2. Identify and target potential customers in the telecom sector, including corporate clients and local businesses.
3. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
5. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Travel frequently across India to meet with clients and attend industry events.
2. 8 to 10 years of experience in sales with telecom FTTH (Experience with the splicing machine will be added as an advantage) Fiber, Internet, Broadband etc.
3. Good Communication and negotiation skills.
