Develop and delivering the application software for Analytical/Embedded Instruments and embedded controls.

• 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages C, C++, C# or Java.
• Experience in application workflow design and development.
• 4+ years of experience in desktop application software product development for Embedded/Scientific instruments, IoT and Embedded devices.
• Expertise in Desktop GUI application development using .Net Windows Forms or WPF or Java JFx.
• Experience in developing Device communication modules using Serial (RS232) and Socket libs.
• Experience in Test driven software development.
• Should be a Quick leaner and adapt new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
• Proficient in using project management tools (Jira and Git/TFS).
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide feedback, and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design and Build applications using the latest technologies and could collaborate with team to deliver the product.
• Involve in Design architecture and code reviews of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Identifying, prioritizing and execute the tasks and monitor project progress, deadlines and deliverables.
• Guide the team and provide regular performance feedback to team members and stake holders.
• Work cross functionally with other departments, internal and external stake holders to align the requirements and activities.
• Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and performs thorough testing and debugging to deliver high-quality software
• Apply principles of SDLC and follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD work flows.
• Proactively seek new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the reliability, efficiency and performance of products.

Desirable Skill set: -

• Knowledge of web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) developing REST API.
• Expertise in Java Native Interface(JNI) and .Net interops to use managed C++ DLLs.
• Knowledge in development web applications, REST API and IoT Protocols like MQQT

• Hands on experience of managing complete existing product development activities (Namely Cost out, Quality and Product obsolescence) for product-based organizations.
• Good experience on existing product development process and working with remote team.
• Strong in mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5~8 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience in Vendor Qualification, developing Manufacturing Quality plan, Tooling and component qualification Thorough understanding of PPAP process.

• Excellent organizational skills required to manage small and large projects.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and practices in the design, development, and verification of possible solutions
• Ability to develop design concepts and turn into finished/product launch.
• Mechanical design knowledge ranging from component design to system level.
• Knowledge on either one of the below processes

-Value engineering methodologies and how to apply them.

-Quality Project execution and standards such as Risk assessment, Root cause analysis procedures, DFMEA, PFMEA, ISO, etc.

-Obsolescence management

• Knowledge of DFM DFA with respect to ease of manufacture and assembly.
• Oversee testing and analysis of products to determine product performance.
• Knowledge of various fabrication methods for the manufacturing of metal and plastic parts machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding is required.
• Skilled in 3D modeling software (Solid Works) is preferred.
