Broad Key Responsibility Areas: - 

Preparation and updating of monthly, quarterly & yearly MIS for health clinics for investors and higher management. 

1. Handling matters relating to GST and return filing. 

2. Handling of Reporting and Analyzing of Financial Modeling of health clinics. 

3. Handling work related to due diligence for the company with different investors (individuals / institutions & company) who are willing to invest in the company. 

4. MIS preparation for the company (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually). 

5. Budget preparation for new project / proposal. 

6. Updating CSR invoices. 

7. Documentation related to banking activity. 

8. Managing Startups Share certificates issuance and maintenance.

 9. Handling ESOPs (Employee Stock Option Plans) administration and compliance. 

10. Managing company stocks and share capital. 

11. Handling statutory filing with regulatory authorities. 

12. Tracking and monitoring of Community Health Workers (CHWs).

 13. Tracking and monitoring of project-related revenue and expenditure.
