Field Marketing Executive (Operation & Insurance)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to drive marketing and operations for our insurance-linked healthcare products and services. The role requires hands-on engagement in the field, fostering partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations:
• Conduct field visits to build and maintain relationships with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and customers.
• Support the rollout of digital health cards and other insurance-linked healthcare products.
• Provide on-ground support to ensure seamless customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Marketing & Awareness Campaigns:
• Organize and execute local marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote iKures services.
• Collaborate with local communities and partners to spread awareness of health cards, insurance benefits, and healthcare services.
• Collect customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement of offerings.
• Insurance Coordination:
• Work closely with insurance providers to streamline processes, manage claims, and resolve customer queries.
• Train community health workers (CHWs) on promoting and explaining insurance products to beneficiaries.
• Data Collection & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Marketing and Operations teams.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
• Liaise with the internal operations team to address customer and partner concerns.
• Resolve challenges related to field logistics, marketing collateral, and product delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, insurance sales, or operations.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi; basic English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Kolkata and surrounding areas.

• Bike and Travel: Candidates must own a bike and be willing to travel frequently within Kolkata and nearby regions.
