Job Summary:

The Business Operations Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the COO s office by working closely with Regional Sales Operations teams, functional leaders, and other business units . This role is responsible for providing planning, reporting, and analytical support to help drive business performance, enable strategic planning, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and experience working in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Regional and Functional Leaders:

Partner with Regional Sales Operations teams to collect, validate, and analyze sales and operational data.
Act as a liaison between the COO s office and functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Channel, Renewal CSM teams).

Reporting and Dashboard Creation:

Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and executive reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights from key business metrics.

Planning and Forecasting Support:

Support annual and quarterly business planning cycles , including forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting exercises.
Assist with aligning cross-functional objectives to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.

Analytical Insights and Business Performance Tracking:

Provide insights on KPIs such as revenue attainment, operational performance, and headcount utilization.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve business outcomes.

Project and Process Management:

Assist in managing strategic initiatives and process improvements driven by the COO s office.
Ensure timely delivery of operational reports and projects, coordinating across multiple teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in business operations, financial planning analysis (FPA) , or sales operations roles.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting .
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau , and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce ).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple teams and present findings to leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment .
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements and business optimization .
