Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain a database of leads for follow-up and conversion.
    • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support & Client Interaction:
    • Assist in presenting and promoting the company's products and services to clients.
    • Work closely with the sales team to help close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
    • Support content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, emailers, and website updates.
    • Help organize events, product launches, or promotions to increase brand visibility.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights to help shape future marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
    • Track and report sales and marketing activities, results, and achievements to the senior management.
    • Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, and competitive landscape to improve offerings.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BBA or MBA (preferably with a focus on marketing or sales).
  • Experience:
    • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
    • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
    • Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team.
    • Strong willingness to develop a career in sales and marketing.
