Plant Manager/Factory Manager - Alco-Bev Industry (8-20 yrs)

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

- 8 years overall experience in factory management, minimum of 3 years experience in alco-bev industry a must

- BE/ B Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engg); MBA (operations management) preferred

- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances: Environment, Labour, Tax , Excise Regulations and related laws in alco-bev industry

- Knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures relating to unit operations and projects

- Must have an engineering mindset, strong analytical skills, be able to lead and manage change, and collaborate efficiently with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing Strategy: Production planning, resource optimization, cost efficiency

- Productivity: Asset care, performance monitoring, cost control

- Quality Management: Product standards, audits, EHS compliance

- Inventory: Raw material, WIP, and finished goods monitoring

- People Management: Supervision, training, liaison with government bodies
