Head - Training - Mircofinance (15-22 yrs)

Job Description:

- The Training Head is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of various training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role also involves preparing and managing budget , developing and managing content and training delivery.

- Lead and coordinate the launch of Learning Management System with features self paced learning, virtual sessions, attendance tracking, feedback mechanisms, capturing OJT activities in LMS and Automation of LO induction.

- Prepare and manage training budgets, including the preparation of training budgets and managing them with a 5% buffer.

- Develop and manage various types of training content including, Master Content, e-learning content two for every quarter, BAU content and MDP content as and when required.

- Implement version control mechanisms to manage and stack content effectively.

- Ensure the coverage and penetration of all field training activities, aiming for a 95% completion rate.

- Lead various training-related projects such as IJP policy, training SOP, training dashboard, launching corporate training initiatives, and critical talent frameworks.

- Oversee the delivery of MDPs, HO induction, and corporate training programs, with 8 man-days per quarter.

- Monitor the business outcomes of training initiatives, including confirmation percentage of TLO, reduction in query raised, conversion of PIP, and changes in audit scores.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduation /Equivalent Masters in management is preferred.

- Min experience of 15 years in relevant field.

- Training Delivery: Excellent Platform Delivery Skills on LAP/Housing Finance & MSME Loans.

- Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).

- Proficient in drafting skills.

- Good leadership and analytical skills.

- Follow through skills.
