Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive with Counseling Skills will play a critical role in driving our business growth by engaging with prospective learners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. This role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and providing counseling to prospective learners about our educational services. Key Responsibilities: Counseling and Lead Conversion: o Contact and engage with prospective learners to understand their needs and provide tailored counseling on our Courses. o Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services. Client Relationship Management: o Reach out to clients for marketing and business development purposes. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Sales Execution: o Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Marketing Activities: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads. o Reporting and Analysis: o Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback. o Involved in the admin work like registration, fees follow-ups etc. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, or a related role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Basic knowledge of sales. Only Female will be preferred for this role.
