Network Executive

Role Title: Healthcare Networks Executive

Role Summary:

The Healthcare Networks Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our provider network by on-boarding outpatient, diagnostic, and wellness providers. This position requires proactive engagement in field activities, relationship management, and coordination of health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provider On-boarding: Actively identify, engage, and onboard new healthcare providers in line with business objectives.
• Field Operations: Travel to tier 3 and 4 cities for on-boarding activities, establishing partnerships with local healthcare providers.
• Health Camp Coordination: Organize and manage health check-up camps, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction for HNI and corporate cases.
• Empanelment Negotiations: Meet with doctors and hospital administrators to negotiate empanelment agreements and build lasting relationships.

Key Skills:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective engagement.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office and G Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Initiative: Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives results.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adjust to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Medico or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or provider management.
