This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach in assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via toll-free helplines and provide prompt and accurate answers to questions.
• Assist customers with product-related issues and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction by offering knowledgeable assistance and providing correct details to resolve queries.
• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented properly.
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to the overall team success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in speaking a regional language is an added advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with customer inquiries.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

• HSC or above.
