IT Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Verification of invoices as per PO/MSA
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices related discrepancy
• Coordinate with internal users for invoices approvals
• Invoices claim and PO processing on Oracle system
• Coordinate with finance team for vendor payment or any payment issues
• Vendor registrations in oracleUpdating and maintaining various procurement trackers
• Vendor coordination and management

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 2-3 years experience in supplier/vendor management (backoffice role)
• Should have excellent skills to
• Follow up with Requestor, Vendor, Internal Stakeholders etc.
• Should have good communication skills - Verbal and written english
• Should have excellent knowledge of Excel & formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle procurement system is added advantage
• Should have excellent knowledge of DocumentationKnowledge of MSA/Agreements

This role will be on contract
