IIFL Home Loans - State Head - Collections (5-12 yrs)

Home Loans /LAP Experience is must.

- Incumbent will be responsible for complete collections for the assigned zone\territory for 0-90 Housing portfolio.

- Good understanding of secured loans / un secured collections, is a must and strict timelines as laid by the company has to be followed.

- Will be responsible to regularly check collection status from the market. Follow up with collection officers and ensure to meet the daily/ weekly / monthly targets.

- To participate in timely audits and share weekly \ monthly reports in the format advised by the department head.

- To make frequent visits to customer where the outstanding is recoverable and share plan and collections approach.

- Constant engagement with legal team / tele callers/field officers is a must and to ensure all of them follow the company norms while pushing for collections.

- To engage with sales and credit team and provide proper feedback on portfolio.
