Pharmacy Executive

Job Title: Executive - Pharmacy Operations (Wellness)

Location: Thane

Department: Product & Strategy

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's in Pharmacy (With an active Pharmacy License)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of pharmacy bills and transactions using Excel and other data management tools.
2. Generate reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
3. Assist in streamlining pharmacy-related processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
4. Leverage pharmaceutical knowledge to analyze and interpret medicine data effectively.
5. Verify and validate Reimbursement & Cashless claims according to set guidelines and approved drug lists.
6. Provide support in resolving escalations related to medicine claims (Cashless & Reimbursement).
7. Ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards while handling sensitive healthcare information.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• In-depth understanding of drug classifications, dosages, and prescriptions.
• Familiarity with pharmacy-related workflows and claim processes.
• Awareness of compliance standards in pharmaceuticals and claims processes (Cashless & Reimbursement).
• Ability to analyze data and reports to identify patterns or discrepancies.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
