Educational Qualification - Any Graduate with Good communication skill is required

Key Responsibilities

Description

1- Provide technical support - Offer first-level desktop support for software and hardware issues

2- Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals with hands on experience

3 - User account management - Create, modify, and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory

4 - Remote support - Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance using remote support tools

5 - Documentation - Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and inventory of hardware and software

Skills and Responsibility - Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Provide basic navigational and functional support to users and their queries , Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices, including antivirus and malware protection, and the importance of software updates and patches. Trading application installation and troubleshooting on Desktops. Manage BOD & EOD of trading application daily process. Assist with antivirus updates, software patches, and general security practices.
