Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

Installing and configuring software applications and hardware devices

Creating and maintaining documentation related to technical support procedures

Coordinating with other IT staff to resolve more complex technical issues

Ensuring that IT equipment and systems are maintained and updated

Managing user accounts and access permissions

Maintaining an inventory of IT assets

Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices

Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards
