Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Course Delivery Content Creation :
- Deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum.
- Create and update course content to include the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Customize and deliver content tailored to individual or group needs.
- Engagement Improvement :
- Conduct pitches across colleges in Mumbai to promote IIDEs curriculum and career opportunities.
- Innovate and improve teaching methods based on classroom feedback.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge in various digital marketing areas such as Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development.
- Student Monitoring Assessment :
- Monitor student progress and suggest improvements to address learning gaps.
- Develop and assess MCQs, pre-tests, and post-tests to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Maintain records of classroom activities and new resources created.
- Classroom Management Support :
- Ensure a productive learning environment, including setting up IT equipment and managing testing processes.
- Address any issues proactively to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements :
- Must-Have :
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver sessions confidently.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
- Patient and empathetic towards students learning needs.
