- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful and impactful designs.

- Proficiency in design tools such as e.g., Figma and protopie

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.

- Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our design processes.

- Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization, fostering a user-centric mindset.
