Business Development Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Outreach:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists.
• Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Effectively handle objections and engage clients in meaningful conversations.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify leads through research and communication.
• Maintain and update a database of potential clients with accurate and relevant information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on and converted.

Client Communication:

• Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales/management team.
• Send company case studies, profiles, and business proposals to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses to shared materials.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed call logs and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
• Track scheduled meetings and their outcomes for future reference.
