Job Brief
The Sales Operations Analyst is a mid-level position responsible for collecting and managing data, generating reports on key sales metrics and assisting the senior leadership in analysing sales related information. Strong MS-Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, are a must for this role.
Responsibilities
- Gather and manage large datasets to support sales operations
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trends
- Identify and implement basic process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
Requirements and Skills
- Must have proven experience in a similar role within the IT services industry
- Bachelor s degree in commerce, economics or business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS-Office
- Basic data visualisation and dashboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and online
- Good organizational skills, time management and planning ability
- Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
