What you ll do:
- Accurate coding of direct invoices and credit notes.
- Matching purchase orders to incoming invoices.
- Help in creating PO & reviewing PO.
- Posting correction journals.
- Manage administration of staff credit cards and distribution.
- Manage mailbox emails from suppliers and internal departments.
- Carry out weekly supplier payment runs for the UK, PL, UAE, US & Foreign offices (multi currencies), paying by Chaps and BACS, produce urgent payments.
- Posting intercompany/manual journals.
- Creating new supplier accounts as in accordance with our company policy.
- Review and reconcile supplier statements.
- Chase departmental managers for outstanding / overdue invoices.
- Assist with month-end procedures such as the aged debtor report.
- Run extra Improvements projects and support master data in agreed areas of supplier accounts, approval matrix of invoices and purchase orders in accordance with our company policy.
- Help in maintenance of AP processes and controls.

What you ll need for this role :
- Minimum between 3-5 years of experience.
- Graduate degree is must, preferably from commerce background.
- Preferable relevant working experience in Accounts Payable (SSC/GBS/BPO).
- Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate/advanced).
- Good attention to detail with numerical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, including stakeholders on various levels.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Showing initiative in identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work under time pressure.
