Quality Control Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and train, as per requirements team of analysts for quality testing of products Used Oil, Re-Refined Base Oil, LDO, Kerosine, Diesel, Mineral Turpentine Oil etc.as per BIS specifications.
• Prepare recipe for products blend at laboratory scale as and when required / create new ways to improve production process to reduce wastage, if any
• Maintain documentation
• Adherence to Safety requirements in Laboratory
• Adherence to ISO manual / amendments, if required
• Obtain NABL certification for Laboratory
• Interact with external agencies - for equipment procurement, BIS, ISO, NABL authorities as per requirement

Skills Required:

1. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
4. Ability to work independently and teamwork
5. Can manage a team
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Computer skills like Google sheets / ERP etc.
