Business Development Executive

Key Responsibility: -

1. Business development & Lead Generation: Use various channels to find high-quality leads and onboard new members. Understand their needs, show how our offerings can help, and build strong relationships to ensure member retention. Address any concerns quickly and effectively.
2. Will be responsible for successfully closing deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
3. Effectively present services to potential clients and secure new business.
4. Organize and coordinate site visits with potential and existing clients to identify opportunities for business development.
5. Plan and organize events, conferences, and meetings. Handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs, ensuring successful events that meet member needs.
6. Meet Government officials and other regulatory authorities to discuss compliance, permissions, and collaboration opportunities.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
2. Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets, and other IT tools for presentations and data analysis.
6. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and assertive approach.
7. Prior experience in B2B sales or stakeholder engagement.
