We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager/Territory Manager with a proven track record in the gold loan sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing 7-10 branches and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing branch operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Management: Oversee and manage the operations of 10-12 branches to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with organizational policies.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of gold loans by implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor branch managers and staff to enhance productivity and performance.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service across branches, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.

Training & Development: Train branch teams on sales techniques, compliance, and customer relationship management.

Reporting: Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Compliance: Ensure all branches adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in the gold loan sector.

Proven experience in managing 7-10 branches or more.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
