Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program to understand the companys products, sales processes, and customer relationship strategies.
Customer Interaction: Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and supporting the sales team in lead generation and follow-up.
Sales Support: Work with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports. Assist with processing orders and managing sales documentation.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities for sales growth.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively sell to customers.
