We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects on campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Required Candidate Profile:
Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
12 - 15 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager, with experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, including budget management, risk assessment, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of civil engineering design, construction methods, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
