.Net Lead Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a .NET Lead Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring the overall success of our development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and testing of web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement unit testing strategies and automated testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Expert knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure a plus).
