Director - Finance

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and execute long-term financial plans and budgets.

- Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

Financial Management:

- Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including revenue recognition, expense management, and financial statement preparation.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and investments.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.

- Manage insurance and other risk mitigation measures.

Strategic Guidance:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management on key business decisions.

- Support business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.

- Advise on pricing strategies and cost optimization opportunities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, including financial analysts, accountants, and controllers.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Develop and implement professional development programs for the finance team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
