We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive our people strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people development and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies.
- Lead performance management and talent development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys.
HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records.
- Implement HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
