Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  
• Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Identify risks within the organization's operations and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective risk management practices.
  
• Provide guidance on internal control frameworks (ICF) principles and best practices to ensure adherence to IFC standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Internal Auditing or related field as a CA from Any Specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of ICF concepts, including designing and implementing effective controls across various functions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
