We have an excellent Job opportunity for an Account Manager role.

We're exclusively looking for a passionate and experienced candidate with experience in IT Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling the entire range of Talent Acquisition & human resource activities comprising managing end to end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, workforce requirement analysis and making hiring plans.  
• Handling positions from mid to senior level.  
• Initial screening, preliminary interview and coordinating with HODs and candidates for technical interviews.  
• Keeping database of qualified candidates, segregating them based on skill sets and duties.  
• Accountable for the manpower planning on SAP, recruitment portals for pre- and post-hiring status and validations  of documentations of candidates.  
• Conducting background verifications and due diligence of the candidate.  
• Establishing and managing strong relationships with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders thereby owning,  promoting, and contributing the Talent Acquisition processes.  
• Expertise in hiring professionals in Corporate Functions and Technical verticals IT & Technology at  Corporate and Consulting environmenvironment sent across business verticals.  
• Experience of Leadership hiring, customized hiring strategies, interview design, planning, Employer Branding and  
• Candidate Experience across levels.
• Experience of Recruitment ERP-Taleo.  
• Effective communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills backed by analytical and  rational approproblem-solving approachach to problem solving.  
• Governance of TA process as per Group TA guidelines and taking lead in Attracting, Sourcing, Assessing, Hiring &  Onboarding the best talent for the vertical.  
• Driving Diversity & Inclusion at the Business Level
