JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Identity and Access Management Analyst II
The Identity and Access Management Analyst is responsible for defining the technology foundations for our IAM platforms; the heart of our security and identity practices. You will work as part of an impactful and multi-functional team delivering enterprise scale platforms with focus on scalability, performance, security, and availability. As a key player on this team, you will have hands on experience with identity providers, Access Management platforms, various internal and external security tools and systems, integrating those into a cohesive ecosystem. You'll be implementing access control, SSO Solutions, and identity management and provisioning solutions with the goal of providing a seamless identity experience for all Mouser users. You will be tasked with the planning, implementation, and support of the feature development and deployment, access certifications, provisioning, modeling, workflows, and automation within the Enterprise IAM Platform.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design, develop, configure, implement, tune, maintain solutions, resolve technical and business issues related to cybersecurity threat and vulnerability management, identity management, security operations center, forensics, and data protection.
Manage user access provisioning, single sign-on, tap-and-go implementations and access, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, identity management integration with applications, enterprise directory architecture and design, access reviews, onboarding, and access request tickets.
Planning, implementation, and support of the Enterprise IAM Platform.
Feature development and deployment, access certifications, provisioning, modeling, workflows and automation.
Manage and control external parties' access to Mouser business' applications, web portals and digital services.
Design, develop, and validate Identity and Access Management interfaces to applications.
Manage service delivery performance for the Identity and Access Management lifecycle.
Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement logged elevated access controls for all IT administrative functions.
Align Information Security policies, standards, and SOPs with the strategic IAM vision.
Perform the day-to-day operations of access requests, fulfilment, and administration processes (ensuring access is provisioned/modified/removed accurately and in a timely manner) and keeping an audit trail of all requests.
Ensure audit and privacy compliance, driving automation wherever possible.
Works with the security team to assist in any compliance-related requirements.
Execute the access attestation remediation requests as defined by the access control operating procedures.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables.
Initiates and maintains relationships with appropriate stakeholders to meet program goals and objectives.
Follow departmental processes and procedures.
Utilize department tools and technology to improve customer experience.
Research and recommend new tools in support of continuous improvement.
Work cross-functionally to determine and establish appropriate access for new job roles/titles.
Responsible for working on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provisioning user accounts for network use or various applications. The analyst will require a level of knowledge as it relates to IAM methodology.
Responsible for ensuring that IAM provisioning and governance of accounts are carried out according to corporate policies and best practice. This includes periodic access reviews of regular and privileged accounts.
As part of Mouser team, Primary role would be to get to the heart of the issues, diagnose problem areas, facilitate deployment.
Planning the activities of configuration, configure the solution as per the design based on areas of expertise.
Actively communicate with different teams and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value solution to the organization.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Okta Level 1: Professional Certified (preferred).
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (preferred).
SailPoint Identity IQ Certified Associate or Professional (preferred).
Development Experience with Java and (or) UI technologies (preferred).
Automation experience with Python, Ansible, Shell scripting (preferred).
Cloud Configuration experience with AWS or Azure Cloud (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.
Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively document procedures.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail skills.
Ability to work independently with supervision.
Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in IT or business environments and/or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, engineering, Information Systems, math, or business.
Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including but not limited to IT Operations mandatory operating standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Okta Level 2: Administrator Certified (preferred).
Strong Primary Skills Azure AD, OKTA, On Prem AD, and IAM Tools.
2+ years OKTA and Azure AD experience required. For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
2+ years of work experience in IT or business environment.
1+ years experience with a PAM solution.
1+ years experience with integrating HRIS and IAM solutions.
1+ years of experience with identity and access management.
1+ years of experience with integrating applications into Single Sign On.
1+ years of experience implementing a multi-factor authentication system.
