Your Role:
As a Delivery Manager - Data & AI at Ideas2IT, you will lead multiple AI and data-driven projects, ensuring excellence in execution while aligning with business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Delivery Head, you will manage client relationships, drive AI adoption strategies, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Revenue & Profitability Ownership: Track project financials, optimize operational costs, and ensure the profitability of data and AI engagements.
Here's what you'll bring:
Education: MBA from a reputable institution is mandatory.
Experience: 20+ years of professional experience with a strong background in project delivery, and enterprise AI adoption.
Leadership & Management: Proven track record of leading and scaling teams across multiple projects.
Client Management: Strong experience in managing and growing enterprise-level customer accounts.
AI & Data Understanding: Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, and data governance.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Certifications: PMP, SAFe Agile, or CSM certification are highly desirable
