Job Description
- Housekeeping and Facility Upkeep: Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain the facility.
- AMC Management: Coordinate timely service visits for critical assets such as HVAC, CCTV, EPABX, tea and coffee units, water dispensers, fire extinguishers, plant maintenance, and pest control.
- Inventory Tracking: Implement a tracking mechanism to ensure the availability of housekeeping, stationery, and pantry consumables.
- Asset Allocation: Manage and record allocations of workstations, chairs, pedestal keys, lockers, and storage keys.
- Waste Management: Ensure waste disposal is in compliance with MPCB norms.
- Workforce Management: Optimize the performance of housekeeping attendants, pantry boys, and office assistants.
- Training: Conduct sessions on personal grooming, well-being, and self-development for housekeeping attendants and pantry boys.
- Event Support: Provide support during HR and marketing team events.
- First Aid and Medical Room Maintenance: Maintain first-aid supplies and medical room upkeep.
- Facility Repairs: Oversee timely facility-related repairs and maintenance.
- Cafeteria Operations: Manage day-to-day cafeteria and pantry operations.
- Visitor Management: Arrange support for visitor, guest, and customer visits.
