Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Initiate calls to clients to gather feedback on products/services.
• Listen to client concerns and provide accurate information as needed.
• Record feedback and maintain detailed and up-to-date client data in the system.
• Follow-up with clients to ensure all feedback is captured.
• Resolve any queries or issues raised , and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Maintain and update client databases with new information and interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for feedback collection and client interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide periodic reports on the feedback and client interactions to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle calls in a calm and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
