OpenCV and TensorFlow Engineer @ Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced OpenCV & TensorFlow Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning using OpenCV and TensorFlow. This role involves developing advanced solutions for real-time image analysis, machine learning models, and AI-based systems to solve complex problems. You will work closely with a dynamic team of engineers  to create cutting-edge solutions in industries, such as robotics, engineering services, automotive, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms using OpenCV for image processing tasks, object detection, face recognition, motion tracking, and feature extraction.
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), object detection models, image classification, and segmentation models.
• Analyze model performance and optimize models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Fine-tune hyperparameters and apply techniques such as transfer learning to improve model outcomes.
• Implement real-time image and video processing solutions for various applications such as autonomous systems, surveillance, and industrial automation.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration of computer vision and deep learning models into production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and AI, and incorporate cutting-edge research into practical solutions.
• Document code, algorithms, and methodologies used, and provide clear and concise reports on model performance, results, and improvements
• Build prototypes to test and validate new approaches, frameworks, and models, ensuring that solutions meet technical requirements and client needs.

Technical skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with computer vision and deep learning, including working with OpenCV and TensorFlow in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for computer vision and deep learning projects.
• Strong knowledge of OpenCV for image processing, feature extraction, and computer vision algorithms.
• Experience with TensorFlow and Keras for building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with other deep learning frameworks like PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics as they apply to machine learning and computer vision algorithms.
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience with deploying models into production environments, particularly in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with real-time video processing and optimization techniques for embedded systems.
• Experience with languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, Go and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
• Positions will require national/international travel as per project requirements.
