Senior Software Engineer I

We are looking for dynamic people who will be able to create path-breaking software solutions. Our ideal team member will have great problem programming, problem skills, and one who can work not limited to one component but can quickly understand how an interconnected system works. Should be a self-starter, proactively identify opportunities & issues, and self-drive the progress, with less or no monitoring.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work as a software developer
Passion in programming, development and loves working with finer detailing.
Ability to understand the requirements and develop the software.
Like to work in an open agile environment and love interacting & collaborating.
Keep current with technology and industry developments.

Knowledge & Skills

Candidate with strong programming skills
Good understanding of Oops concepts
Strong knowledge in the programming language. (Java, Sprint Boot, JPA, Hibernate, etc.,)
Good understanding of database concepts
Analytical skills and designing/presentation skills should be good.
Excellent Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills.
Good planning, coordination & time management skills
Quick learner and good team player
High energy and positive attitude
Good Communication Skills

Education and Experience

Any Engineering Graduate / Post-Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant IT field is preferred.
4 to 6 years of experience

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Travel Requirements

Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is largely a sedentary role.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
May need to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers or peripherals.
