Job Description
You will be a partner in the growth of a small, stable, yet fast-growing global software company founded in 2008, working directly with top-tier strategic partners and clients across the globe. Responsibilities
- Maintaining systems: Ensuring that Desktops or Laptops (in both office and remote environment) and hardware/software are maintained and functioning properly
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Security: Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures
- User accounts: Managing user accounts
- Backups: Ensuring that systems are backed up
- Updates: Implementing updates and patches to maintain security and functionality
- IT support: Providing IT support and resolving problems for colleagues
- Onboarding: Assisting with onboarding new colleagues
- Improvements: Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment
- Communication: Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, customers, and vendors
- System performance: Monitoring system performance
- Server Configuration and testing: Configuring the server remotely/in office, maintenance of remote/physical servers and create/test servers.
Desired Skills
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies: Microsoft related applications such as Intune, or setup any policies for Windows defender, or cyber alerts, etc.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification is preferred. At least two years experience in a similar role.
