Be always available on the site over emergency communication channel (Walky talky and shift mobile) to attend any emergencies at the site.
Ensure to coordinate with Govt. Officer and action on his commands during the visit for building fire NOC.
Provides training to the AMC staff regarding the SOP and SWMS for maintenance of different equipment pertaining to Fire and Life Safety.
To prepare incident and investigation report to the fire manager in the prescribed format.
Ensure timely submission of daily reports and Weekly reports on Monday mornings A shift, after collating the data from all fire officers.
To coordinate and support for the closure of open points based on the audit reports submitted by the second/third party agencies
Conduct daily inspection tours of campus and submit report to Fire manager.
To conduct the monthly kitchen fire and life safety audit for all the F&B and retailer stores

To maintain the 5s standards inside the fire pump & control room
Responsible to maintain the line pressure for all the firefighting system in the premises (Sprinkler, Hydrant lines).
Responsible for inspection and reporting of malfunctioned critical fire safety equipment during the shift.
Conduct the inspection of panels and pumps as soon as takes charge of shift.
Carryout the weekly testing of all pumps as per guidelines in procedure on every Saturday in A shift.
Responsible to strictly follows the fire equipment inspection, Testing, and maintenance schedule.
Take appropriate actions to ensure fire and safety systems are fully operational and regular testing is carried out.
To lead the team on the fire fighting operations at the site of emergency.
To identify risk at the workplace, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.
Responsible for monitoring and attend to the fire alarms received on fire alarm panels.
To monitor and ensure the functionality of public addressing system in the premises.
To identify and actively report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per procedures.
Ensure to conduct trainings, demonstrations to occupants, employees and peers as per the fire safety management plan and operations manual.
To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.
Ensure to attend the group meetings, workshops and Trainings as per the communications received.
Monitors work being done by the AMC staff for Detection system, Protection system and any equipment related to FLS and ensure submission and verification of service reports.
Provide induction trainings & Tools Box Talk to all the employees
To coordinae with the AMC vendor to close all the PM & breakdown activities
Issue and track the work permit to routine and non-routine activities in the site (Hotwork, Height work).
To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed and report the same to the fire manager.
To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc).
